Le Village is higher-class buffet than most in Vegas and it priced accordingly. The buffet itself is set in the quaint French "outdoors", with sections of food divided by Provence, like Brittany, Normandy, and Burgundy. The assortment of foods is wide and cycles from time to time, with a few ever-present staples. Featured items include made-to-order crepes, roasted duck, braised beef, crab legs with with melted butter, and potatoes au gratin. All the standards like a fresh salad bar, carving station, and dessert bar are present.

Seafood Buffet - Rio
Rio's Seafood Buffet may be pricey, but for true seafood fanatics it has no rivals. The Rio not only does seafood, they break it down into ethnic stations, including American, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, and even Mexican. Featured items include lobster tail prepared in various ways, oysters, snow crab legs, gumbo, swordfish, jumbo shrimp, crawfish, and dungeness crab. The dessert table is very good as well, with an excellent assortment of ice cream and gellato.

The Buffet - Bellagio
This upscale, cosmopolitan buffet spans many cuisines, including Japanese, Chinese, Italian, and Mexican, with something to suit every pallet. The excellently prepared, pre-carved meats featured at the Bellagio Buffet gives you a lot too choose from. A few standout items include leg of lamb, Kobe beef, venison, and buffalo. Seafood is fresh and abundant, with excellent giant jumbo shrimp, king crab legs, and sashimi. If you still have room, the scrumptious dessert table will make sure you leave stuffed to the rim.

Bayside Buffet - Mandalay Bay
The Bayside Buffet mostly features American fare, with a few stations paying lip service to Chinese, Mexican, and Japanese. The hot meat station features well-prepared ham, prime rib, flank steak and tender ossobuco. There's also a salad bar, hot seafood station, and hot pasta station, where you can order up a custom dish using a sauce of your choice. The dessert station lack ice cream assortment, but features many wonderful baked items, including sugar-free pastries.

This is a great buffet if you're looking to sample various world cuisines. The Spice Market has Chinese, Japanese, Italian, American, Mexican, and surprisingly good Middle Eastern fare. Seafood, salad bar, and dessert station are also available. Noteworthy items include the fried chicken, grilled lamb, chicken Tandoor, and various curries. Take advantage of lunch pricing to get the best deal.

Carnival World Buffet - Rio
Rio's World Carnival Buffet features more selection to nearly any other in Vegas. American, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Korea, Brazilian, and Mexican cuisines are all covered. Stations of note include the fresh-noodle station and Mongolian grill. Highlight dishes include prime rib, regular and Korean BBQ ribs, ham, and the peal-and-eat shrimp. A great dessert bar tops it all off, with yummy gellato and a wide range of cakes, pies, and tarts.
