Frigate Bird

A bird with its own airbag. Frigates are large seabirds found around the coasts of the tropical Pacific and India oceans and the Galapagos islands. They have black, iridescent feathers and the greatest wing-span-to-body ratio of any other bird. Males have large, red, inflatable "gular" pouches which they us during mating season to attract females.
