Beluga Sturgeon

The king of caviar. Beluga sturgeon are the single most expensive fish in the world. Prized for its roe and fished near to extinction, this massive fish can reach up to 3,000 lbs and live over 100 years. Beluga thrive in salt or fresh water, inhabiting the Caspian sea and adjacent water systems. Beluga caviar is illegal in the Unite States.
